Bethany Cincotta joined the practice in June 2014 after completing a 900-hour massage therapy program offered through Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC).
Bethany has seen first-hand how massage can improve an individual's quality of life and sense of wholeness. Massage provides relief from stress, pain, anxiety, and sleep loss. Her goal is to relieve discomfort, increase range of motion, and increase body and mind awareness. She stives to create a calm, friendly, caring, and healing atmosphere for her clients.
In her sessions, Bethany uses long, flowing strokes and gentle stretches to induce relaxation and well-being. Sensitive and specific in her approach towards the body, she brings an integration of many modalities to meet each of her clients' unique needs.
